Mike Margy

Mr. Margy has been in Christian education since 2001. He has served as a 5th/6th-grade teacher, an Athletic Director/P.E. teacher, the Vice Principal at RSM Christian, and now as the Princiapl of Bethany Christian Academy. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from San Diego State University and was a sportswriter for 13 years before going back to school to earn his multiple-subject teaching credential. He received his Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2019.

Mr. Margy has been married to his wife, Stacey, since 1996, and they have two grown sons, Justice and Noah. A few things to know about Mr. Margy are that he loves sports, especially the Dodgers and USC, he doesn’t drink coffee, and he absolutely loves anything chocolate. He also loves driving on cross-country trips with his family and has driven to Florida, New York, and Canada (three times), and he has been to 34 different states and 12 different countries.
